Proceeds from the Foundation Golf Tournament benefit the Nucci Scholarship for Culinary Innovation, named in honor of PMA's former Secretary-Treasurer, Joe Nucci. Administered by PMA's Education Foundation, the Nucci Scholarship for Culinary Innovation connects produce and foodservice professionals to future culinary innovators by providing fourteen students and four faculty from the Culinary Institute of America and Johnson & Wales University the opportunity to participate in PMA's Foodservice Conference & Exposition.
Space is limited to 144 participants. Breakfast: 7:00 a.m., Shotgun start: 8:00 a.m., Lunch & Awards Ceremony: 1:30 p.m.
