Make requests for food preparation assistance in advance of the show to ensure labor availability.

Shipping Food Preparation Products

If you have contracted with Centerplate to prepare samples for your booth, you must send that product to the shipping address below. Do not send it with other fresh product for the PMA refrigerated trucks. Failure to do this will result in misdirected, misplaced, or lost product.

An order form for catering and food preparation can be found in the Ordering Booth Services Section of this service kit. Order forms are due by October 4, 2008.

Please note if you are not contracted with Centerplate to prepare your product they will not store it. Centerplate does not handle refrigerated or dry storage items, i.e., your booth product. Review the Refrigerated Product Shipment and Storage section of the service kit to find out how and where to send the product for your booth.

PMA Show Management will not be responsible for improperly labeled, shipped, or misdirected food preparation product(s).

Freezer Storage and Ice

Centerplate can provide limited freezer storage (not refrigerated storage) and bagged ice. Product will not be accepted without advance reservation and payment. Please contact Gina Galvagni-Johnson for pricing and availability.

Catering Restrictions

Items dispensed are limited to products manufactured or processed by exhibiting companies and are related to the purpose of the show.

Exhibitors are prohibited from distributing alcoholic beverages, including alcohol used in combination with other beverages unless they have written permission from Show Management. To receive more information about the alcohol guidelines, contact Jamie Hillegas at showmanagement@pma.com.

Beverages are limited to a maximum of four ounces. Food items are limited to three ounces.

Selling food or drink on the show floor by exhibitors is prohibited.

Food and/or beverage items used as traffic promoters (e.g., coffee, sodas, bottled water) must be purchased from Levy Restaurants.

Popcorn and/or popcorn machines are not permitted on the show floor.

No kitchen facilities will be available for exhibitor use.

Food giveaways are limited to products directly related to the exhibiting company.
