Definition of EAC
Exhibitor Appointed Contractors (EACs) are any and all individuals or companies other than GES Exposition Services (PMA’s Official Contractor) contracted or hired by an exhibiting company to work in their booth(s) on site during installation and dismantling to hire labor, install, decorate, or dismantle their booth.
This would include: I&D companies, display houses, exhibit designers, independent contractors, a set designer or decorator, etc.
Exhibitors could have more than one EAC: a supervisor from a display house, a foreman from another contracting company, additional supervisors, or workers from a local contractor, etc.
