Second Harvest Food Bank
The Second Harvest Food Bank is very excited to work with PMA exhibitors to help so many people in need. Last year, PMA exhibitors donated over 300,000 pounds of produce to regional food banks. Any product properly labeled will be delivered to the food bank on a daily basis beginning on Friday.
Food Bank Stickers
Food bank stickers can be obtained from the GES Servicenter located in the back of Hall A3 or Hall B3, from a PMA Floor Manager, or from the Show Management Office located in room 206A.
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Label all donated product and place it in the aisle in front of your booth. On show days, please do not place donated product in the aisle until after show hours.
Monday, Close of Show
At 2:00 p.m., prepare your donated product for pick up. Do not place your donated product in the aisles until the carpet is removed.
If you place donated product loose (not boxed) in the aisles or leave product in your booth loose, you will be charged an hourly labor packing and removal fee.
Product not removed from refrigerated storage by 10:00 a.m. on Monday will be donated to the food bank. If you need your product removed for outbound shipping, you will need to notify GES at the Servicenter (back of Hall A3 or Hall B3) before 10:00 a.m. on Monday.
