Advance and Direct Shipment Addresses

Advance Shipments to the Warehouse

Advance crated shipments (crates, cartons, or fiber cases only), including hanging signs, received at the GES Exposition Services Warehouse 30 days prior to the show will receive complimentary storage. Freight received more than 30 days prior to the show will be charged a storage fee. Shipments should arrive between September 22 and October 17, 2008. Receiving hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. Inform your carrier when deliveries will be accepted.

Advance shipments should be consigned and Bills of Lading made out as follows:

Tips:
  • Use the GES Rush Labels for advance freight shipments
  • Use the GES Hanging Sign Labels for advance hanging sign freight and be sure to order labor for rigging.

Direct Shipments to the Orange County Convention Center

Direct freight shipments will be accepted at the convention center beginning October 22, 2008. Check the target floor plan to determine your delivery day. Drivers may begin checking in at 6:00 a.m. on the target date. Shipments must be PREPAID. Collect shipments will be turned away.

Direct refrigerated storage shipments will be accepted beginning on October 22, 2008, at 8:00 a.m.

Direct shipments should be consigned and Bills of Lading made out as follows:
