Shipping Labels
To ensure your booth materials arrive safely and on time, use the shipping labels mailed to you in early July or use the labels provided below. Review the Planning and Managing your Shipment section in the Exhibitor Service Kit before your ship your booth materials.
To ensure your product arrives safely and is stored in the appropriate location, please use the color-coded refrigerated storage labels that were mailed to you in early July or use the labels provided below. Review the Refrigerated Product Storage & Shipment Procedures in the Exhibitor Service Kit before you ship your refrigerated product.
Request for Additional Labels
There are two ways to obtain additional labels:
- Print additional labels from the PDF files on a colored printer.
- Contact Susan Eller at showlogistics@pma.com or Jamie Hillegas at showmanagement@pma.com and indicate the type of label you need by day, the quantity, and your mailing address.
