NEW! Receive Notification When Your Product Arrives in the Marshaling Yard
Provide Jennifer Zion (jzion@ges.com) with an onsite contact name and two email addresses and she will send you a notification when your product has been checked into the marshaling yard in Anaheim. Once it has arrived, you may place your order for delivery of that product to your booth. Be sure to order your product delivery by 5:00 p.m. the day prior to when you need it to receive the GES delivery discounts. Need internet access? This year PMA is providing exhibitor’s with internet access during set-up (Wed. – Fri.) in the Conference Areas located in Hall A and D.
NEW! All Shipping and Color-Coded Product Labels are Online
You may now type directly into the shipping labels and you may print the color-coded product delivery labels as you need them. Be sure to send this info to the person who will be packing your shipment. The color-coded delivery labels help GES properly store and deliver your product - PLEASE use them! Go to the “Perishable Products - Shipping & Handling” section of the Exhibitor Service Kit to print these labels.
Orange County Health Care Agency will be at the Show
Representatives from the Orange County Health Care Agency will be on the show floor to ensure exhibitors are practicing safe food sampling and handling. Please review the Food Sampling and Handling Requirements and make sure you have adequate “hand-washing” facilities in your booth per the guidelines. A hand washing kit may be purchased from Aramark, the Convention Center Caterer, for $25.00.

Meet the Future Movers and Shakers of the Industry
The PMA Foundation for Industry Talent will host its sixth Annual Pack Family/PMA Career Pathway Scholarship Program. The program brings top agriculture and food marketing students and faculty from eight U.S. universities and four international universities to PMA’s Fresh Summit Expo and Convention each year. You can enrich the students’ learning and networking experience by extending invitations for students to stop by your booth or attend private functions. This is a great way for you to not only help attract the best and brightest to our industry but also do a little talent scouting for your own company. If you are interested in meeting these talented young professionals, contact Stephanie White at + 1 (302) 738-7100 x 3037 or swhite@pmafit.com.
