2007 Event Report
From October 12th to the 15th, the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, Texas was packed with attendees for the 2007 Fresh Summit International Convention & Exposition.
Below are some highlights from a great Fresh Summit!
- An audience of more than 1,200 gathered to hear General Colin L. Powell, making it the most highly attended session in Fresh Summit’s 58-year history.
- Seasoned veterans and industry newcomers made the first annual Fresh Perspective: Women’s Leadership Event an event to remember!
- A sold-out Retail Tour featured Houston’s top regional supermarkets and distribution centers.
- PMA President, Bryan Silbermann inspired and enlightened with his much-anticipated yearly address.
- Floral buyer attendance more than doubled from 2006 and the new two-hour Floral Solutions Workshop featured a record turnout as well.
