Important Reminders

  • Review the Exhibitor Schedule so that you know when you will have access to the show floor for set-up and tear down. The Service desk for all vendor services will be open during all set-up and tear down hours.
  • Show ready time is Friday, October 24 at 5:00 p.m. If you will be arriving/setting up late, please contact Show Management at showmanagement@pma.com so that PMA does not consider you a no-show and re-assign your booth.
  • Please review the “Convention Center Info you Need to know” for important info specific to Orlando
  • If you have already purchased a spot in the New Products Showcase please bring a copy of the guidelines/set-up times with you. If you have not already purchased your spot, please do so now!
  • Appointments for 2009 Booth Selection have been sent to those exhibitors who submitted their application – if you will not be able to make your appointment or are unsure of your appointment time, please contact Sheli Parlier at sparlier@pma.com
  • Product Delivery to your booth : Even if you have placed a delivery sticker on your product indicating the day it needs to be delivered to your booth, you still need to order delivery of the product to your booth. To take advantage of delivery discounts and to ensure your product arrives on time , orders must be placed the prior day by 5:00 p.m. in the GES Servicenter at the back of Hall A3 or Hall B3.
  • You are automatically entered in the Best of Show Contest – Show Management will send you a copy of the judging form with your booth scores within 30 days of the event. If you do not wish to receive a copy of your scorecard, please opt out of the contest.
  • Children under the age of 18 years are not permitted on the show floor during set-up or dismantling. Complimentary badges are available for children 16 and under during show hours.

Badges/Registration

Badges were shipped via 3-day Federal Express on October 10, 2008 to the attention of the “Mailroom.” Fed Ex packages will contain badges grouped into interior envelopes addressed to the booth sales contact and/or any key contacts for paid registrations. The Fed Ex envelope will read, “Time- Sensitive Materials – Fresh Summit badges enclosed - Please open and distribute interior envelopes accordingly.” This consolidation has been done to reduce the cost of shipping. If you did not receive your badges or have questions about your badges, please contact the Solution Center at solutionctr@pma.com

Registration opens in Orlando on Thursday, October 23 at 7:00 a.m. If you need to access the show floor during set-up on Wednesday, please visit the EAC Check-in Desk located on Level 2 Concourse outside the Hall A4/B1 Entrance to pick up a wristband. You and/or your company must be pre-registered for the show and you must provide a photo ID and business card in order to obtain a wristband.
