The fee includes the following:
- Three nights’ luxury hotel accommodations (arrival January 14, departure January 17)*
- Complimentary airport shuttle transportation to and from the Omni Dallas Park West
- Welcome Reception and 3-course dinner on Wednesday
- Breakfast and lunch on Thursday and Friday
- Dine Around Dinner on Thursday
- Farewell Reception on Friday
- Program materials and speakers’ published works
- All other program materials
- Certificate of completion from Cornell University
*for participants choosing to stay in the hotel
Please note: Airfare to and from Dallas is the responsibility of the individual.
Cancellation Policy
Full refunds minus a $75 processing fee will be made for written cancellation requests received on or before December 5, 2008. From December 6 through December 26, 2008, PMA will issue a refund that is 50% of the registration fee minus a $75 processing fee upon receipt of a written cancellation request. If cancellation occurs after the materials have been mailed out, there will be an additional $75 fee. Cancellations received after Friday, December 26, 2008 will receive a refund, minus book costs and the processing fee, only if a substitute can be found. There is no charge for name changes.
