2009 Registration Fees

The fee includes the following:

• Three nights’ hotel accommodations
• Shuttle transportation
• Networking reception and dinner on Wednesday and Thursday evenings
• Breakfast and lunch on Thursday and Friday
• Reception on Friday evening
• Program materials and speaker books
• Certificate of completion from Cornell University

Airfare is not included.

Registration is limited to the first 100 paid registrants and is confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Early registrants will receive two confirmations, one within ten days of receipt of registration and payment, and one approximately two months prior to the 2009 event.

Cancellation Policy

Full refunds minus a $75 processing fee will be made for written cancellation requests received on or before December 5, 2008. From December 6 through December 26, 2008, PMA will issue a refund that is 50% of the registration fee minus a $75 processing fee upon receipt of a written cancellation request. If cancellation occurs after the materials have been mailed out, there will be an additional $75 fee. Cancellations received after Friday, December 26, 2008 will receive a refund, minus book costs and the processing fee, only if a substitute can be found. There is no charge for name changes.
