Online Submission Process

Welcome to the 2009 PMA Impact Award: Excellence in Packaging Online Submission Process!

Please allow 90 minutes to complete the 6-step Online Submission Process. You may save your work at the end of each step by clicking the “Save Draft” button, however, the Online Submission Process will time out after 90 minutes of inactivity.

General Information

  1. In order to successfully submit an online entry, you will be required to:
    1. Complete the 6-step Online Submission Process
    2. Attach an electronic photo of your packaging entry submission (jpg, eps, gif – 300 dpi)
    3. Attach an electronic version of your company logo (jpg, eps, gif – 300 dpi)
    4. Complete and print out the Packaging Entry Shipping Form
    5. Ship a sample of your packaging entry submission (no fresh product) within *5 business days to:

    * NOTE: If you are submitting an online entry between August 10 – August 14, 2009, PMA requires that your packaging entry submission sample(s) be delivered by 10:00 a.m. on Monday, August 17, 2009 to the address above.

  2. Separate submission forms are required for each packaging entry.
    (Ex: If you submit one (1) packaging entry for both the Food Safety and Marketing Design categories, you must submit two (2) submission forms.)
  3. Separate submission forms are required for multiple entries in the same category.
    (Ex: If you submit three (3) entries in the Supply Chain Efficiencies category, three (3) separate submission forms are required.)
  4. Include as much detail and descriptive information as possible to assist with the judging process.
