Kathy Means, CAE, Vice President Government Relations & Public Affairs

Kathy Means is PMA’s vice president of government relations and public affairs. She joined PMA in 1989, and represents PMA and its members in regulatory, legislative and trade issues, with an emphasis on U.S. issues. She serves as a key team member and spokesperson in crisis management situations, develops PMA policy and positioning, and acts as spokesperson. Means is also an appointee to USDA’s Agricultural Technical Advisory Committee on Trade in Fruits and Vegetables.
