What To Expect

Accomplished Director of Business Development, Naturipe Farms, LLC, Jill Overdorf will reprise her role as Produce Ambassador, leading us on a feast for every sense—as we taste, touch, smell, see, and listen to dynamic presentations from our event sponsors.

The Hands-on Fruit and Vegetable Training, with its new day and new time, also has a new collaborative format. You'll see how products can be paired and how this might change their flavor profiles. You will learn about the latest trends in the food service industry and explore the uniqueness of select commodities and how they can be incorporated into menus.

Joining us this year are college-level students from the Center for Growing Talent's Career Pathways program. Their participation provides attendees with an opportunity to view foodservice trends from a new perspective, while also meeting some of the best and brightest interested in pursuing a career in our industry.
