Booth Assignment Policies & Procedures

  • Booths will be assigned based on the date and time applications with payment are received
  • Each company may reserve a maximum of one 8 x 10 space
  • Best of Show winner receives 1st choice of booth space, and some booths will be reserved for companies that are new to the show/industry
  • Any company submitting written notice of cancellation of space prior to May 31, 2018 will receive a full refund (minus a $150 processing fee). Cancellation notices received after that date will not receive a refund
