Booths will be assigned based on the date and time applications with payment are received
Each company may reserve a maximum of one 8 x 10 space
Best of Show winner receives 1st choice of booth space, and some booths will be reserved for companies that are new to the show/industry
While booths will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis, actual booth location assignments will take place in January.
In December, booth selection appointment times will be emailed to the contact listed on the application.
For the third year in a row, booth rates will remain the same. Payment is due in full at the time you submit your application. Check/wire transfer payments must be received within 14 business days of applying to secure booth location
Any company submitting written notice of cancellation of space prior to May 31, 2018 will receive a full refund (minus a $150 processing fee). Cancellation notices received after that date will not receive a refund
