The 2020 booth application opened at 11:00 a.m. ET on Thursday, August 1, 2019
Booths are assigned by the order in which the applications with payment are received (Note: Best of Show Winner receives 1st choice)
Each company may reserve a maximum of one 8 x 10 space
Check/wire transfer payments received more than 14 days from application submission will be assigned based upon the date payment is received.
While booths will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis, actual booth location assignments will occur in September.
Payment is due in full at the time you submit your application. Check/wire transfer payments must be received within 14 business days of applying to secure booth location
Any company submitting written notice of cancellation of space prior to April 15, 2020 will receive a full refund (minus a $150 processing fee). Cancellation notices received after that date will not receive a refund
