Booth Assignment Policies & Procedures

  • The 2020 booth application opened at 11:00 a.m. ET on Thursday, August 1, 2019
  • Booths are assigned by the order in which the applications with payment are received (Note: Best of Show Winner receives 1st choice)
  • Each company may reserve a maximum of one 8 x 10 space
  • Check/wire transfer payments received more than 14 days from application submission will be assigned based upon the date payment is received.
  • While booths will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis, actual booth location assignments will occur in September.
  • Payment is due in full at the time you submit your application. Check/wire transfer payments must be received within 14 business days of applying to secure booth location
  • Any company submitting written notice of cancellation of space prior to April 15, 2020 will receive a full refund (minus a $150 processing fee). Cancellation notices received after that date will not receive a refund
