Actual booth assignments will take place in January based on the date and time applications with payment are received. (Note: Best of Show Winner receives 1st choice)
Booth appointment times will be emailed in December to the contact listed on the application.
Each company may reserve a maximum of one 8 x 10 space
Check/wire transfer payments received more than 14 days from application submission will be assigned based upon the date payment is received.
Any company submitting written notice of cancellation of space prior to April 15, 2019 will receive a full refund (minus a $150 processing fee). Cancellation notices received after that date will not receive a refund
