Booth Assignment Policies & Procedures

  • Booths are assigned by the order in which the applications with payment are received (Note: Best of Show Winner receives 1st choice)
  • Each company may reserve a maximum of one 8 x 10 space
  • Check/wire transfer payments received more than 14 days from application submission will be assigned based upon the date payment is received.
  • Any company submitting written notice of cancellation of space prior to April 15, 2019 will receive a full refund (minus a $150 processing fee). Cancellation notices received after that date will not receive a refund
