Each Showcase display includes:

  • 36" W x 17" H x 11" D shelf space (not refrigerated) with a standard electric outlet and signage of your company name and booth number.
  • A full-color photograph, brief description of your product or service, and company contact information in the online and printed directory (if entered before the deadline).

Please note: Your product/service must have been introduced since the 2019 Foodservice Produce Expo to qualify for the showcase.

Showcase Schedule

Location:  Portola Hotel & Spa, DeAnza Foyer
Set-up: Thursday from 1 p.m. to  5 p.m.
Friday from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

The showcase is right near registration, so setup early to maximize ROI and visibility in front of attendees!
Product Refresh:
Saturday (SHOW DAY) from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Tear-Down: Saturday from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Any items not removed by 5:30 p.m. will be discarded. PMA cannot assume responsibility for any stolen or damaged items.

Tips from the Best of Show Judges

When creating your online showcase listing and onsite shelf design, remember to add an invite to your booth (with the booth number), making it easier for visitors to find your great products.

Successful exhibitors display how the product can be used, which helps attendees visualize how they or their customers might enjoy this product.

Don’t just have the product available to see in your booth; make sure it stands out with signage and call outs. Take advantage of your new or unique product in the booth so that it gets people to stop and want to learn more.
