Samples are limited to a maximum of four (4) ounces.

Any deep frying will require a Type K fire extinguisher within the booth. A fire watch is required. PMA will pay for fire watch if the fire marshal deems it necessary for your booth.
All cooking appliances must be isolated at least 4 feet away from the public or be protected with a clear plastic shield. The shield must be placed along the front and the sides of the appliance.
No kitchen facilities will be available for exhibitor use. Need help? Centerplate provides services to assist exhibitors with food and beverage sampling. All catering needs must be submitted by October 4 to ensure service and appropriate staff are available. A late fee may be added for any late orders.
If Centerplate is preparing your samples, you will still need to submit this food sampling form.
