  • Ability to upgrade Booth Personnel Badges to All Access Passes for just $300 (70% off)!

Each badge will display the registrant's name, city, and state; and you have the ability to opt out of being published in the attendee list, which is available to all registrants.  

Located on the back of your badge, you will find a small wearable beacon, which sends a unique signal allowing PMA to learn about education attendance and traffic patterns. This will help us understand what holds the most value for our attendees and exhibitors so that we may enhance your experience moving forward. This tracking does NOT extend outside of the convention center/official PMA events and rest assured, we will not share the information in any way with others.

Tickets can be purchased online through the badge registration system, at the door, or from the on-site registration desk
Trade Show Only Passes Show floor access during expo hours only (Fri & Sat 10AM-5PM) Once you’ve used all of your credits, purchase additional passes through the badge system for $195 each. Passes may be purchased/redeemed online and on-site.
All Access Pass Access to all general sessions, workshops, welcoming reception, and the expo. The Floral All Access Pass includes all of the above, in addition to the Floral Networking Reception.  All Booth Personnel Badges may be upgraded to All Access Passes for $300 (70% off!). All Access Passes for those who do not work for the exhibiting company may be purchased at the regular rate through attendee registration.
Women’s Fresh Perspectives Leadership Breakfast 7:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 19. Access to a seated breakfast with industry members and an inspirational guest speaker.  Limited tickets available. Register booth personnel for this event in the badge registration system, or others through attendee registration.Members: US$100 if purchased by Sept. 15, US$125 after. Non-members: US$200 by Sept. 15, US$250 after.
Retail Produce Tour 12:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 18. Includes transportation. Tour locations TBD. Limited tickets available. Register booth personnel for this event in the badge registration system, or others through attendee registration. Members: US$195 if purchased by Sept. 15, US$215 after. Non-members: US$295 by Sept. 15, US$325 after.
PMA Foundation 5K Race for Talent Reg includes a T-shirt, goodie bag & breakfast. Space is limited. Purchase tickets through attendee registration.
