Meeting rooms in the Anaheim Convention Center are currently all reserved. Requests have been handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Companies must have at least one person registered to attend Fresh Summit in order to reserve a room.

Industry Meeting Room Costs
The administrative fee for meeting space is US$250.00 per day, with a 4 hour limit per company, per day. Billing and payment arrangements for food/beverage or audio visual equipment will be determined by the individual contractors, as requested.
Meeting Room Policies:
Meeting rooms are only available for 2019 Fresh Summit exhibitors and companies that have at least one (1) person registered to attend Fresh Summit.
Meeting rooms may not be used in lieu of exhibit space.
Meeting rooms may not take buyers off the show floor for an extended period of time.
The room set may not be rearranged, and must be left in the reserved room set at the end of your reservation.
All materials used during your meeting must be taken with you or thrown away at the end of your reservation. Any materials left in the meeting room will be thrown away.
PMA reserves the right to deny future meeting room requests for any company that does not comply with these policies.
Cancellations received on or before October 4, 2019 will receive a full refund minus a US$75 processing fee. Cancellations received after October 4, 2019 will not receive a refund. Cancellations must be received in writing.
Hotel Meeting Space
If meeting rooms are available and not needed for official Fresh Summit functions, we'll release hotel space, as requested, for affiliated exhibitor and attendee functions.
Once you have PMA approval, you will need to work with the hotel of your choice to determine rates, availability, setup, etc. PMA does not guarantee that space will be available for approved dates/times Fill out a Hotel Space Release Form
Hours for meeting room use are restricted to the following, unless approved in advance by PMA:
Tuesday, October 15 - All Day - No approval from PMA necessary
Wednesday, October 16 - All Day - No approval from PMA necessary
Thursday, October 17 - Before 8:45 a.m. or anytime after 8:30 p.n.
Friday,October 18 - Before 7:45 a.m. or anytime after 5:00 p.m.
Saturday, October 19 - Before 7:45 a.m. or anytime after 5:00 p.m.
Sunday, October 20 - All day
Hotel Space Costs
If approved, you will receive an email from PMA. Upon providing the approval to the hotel, you may work directly with the hotel to negotiate rates and availability. PMA does not guarantee that space is available for approved dates/times.
Advance PMA approval is required for any affiliated industry group requesting hotel meeting space
Gatherings may not conflict with Fresh Summit function times
Hotel meeting space may not be used as an alternative to or as an addition to booth space on the show floor
Products may not be displayed in hotel meeting rooms. The penalty for violating this PMA policy is the loss of priority points in future booth selection processes.
