Redeem Credits for Badges/Passes until October 13

Redeem your credits for Booth Personnel Badges or Trade Show Only Passes, upgrade to an All Access Pass or buy tickets in the online system through October 13. After this date, you can still register and purchase trade show only passes online.  All other badges will need to be purchased/redeemed with credits on-site at the Exhibitor & Guest Services Desk.

Things to note:

  • Exhibitor & Guest Services Desk is located on lower level Hall E of the Anaheim Convention Center.
  • Printed badges may NOT be returned/exchanged for credits.
  • Exhibitors can still take advantage of the $300 All Access Pass Upgrade on-site. Simply bring your Booth Personnel Badge to the Exhibitor & Guest Services Desk and ask for the exhibitor discount.
  • (2) Welcome Reception tickets come with each booth space and will be given to the primary booth contact (in mailing or on-site).
  • Names on mailed badges may only be changed once.  Badges printed on-site may not be changed.

Need Show Floor Access on Monday or Tuesday?

Contractors and exhibitors can pick up a wristband at the Exhibitor Appointed Contractor Desk located in the Lobby of Hall B or by the Hall D car park 4 bridge.

NEW! Exhibitors who pre-registered and have their confirmation with QR code can pick-up their badge on Tuesday at the mobile registration cart located in the Lobby of Hall C.

Please note: All EACs must be registered in order to have access to the show floor. Each EAC employee must visit an EAC Desk, located in the lobby or dock area, and present the EAC's unique code (provided via email) to receive a move-in/move-out wrist band. Wrist Bands must be picked up individually, not by company.

Parking is available at the convention center in designated lots for a fee.  Click here for a map and directions. Parking is not allowed in front of the convention center.

If you need to park a large truck, please contact the area hotels or the marshalling yard to see if they have parking available.

Marshalling Yard 

  • All materials, even those arriving in a personally owned vehicle, must check in at the Marshalling Yard (4961 Katella Ave, Cypress, CA 90630) before being dispatched to the convention center. All carriers must have certified weight tickets. The Marshalling Yard is open October 14-19 from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Please give a copy of this Marshalling Yard information to your carrier.
  • During show move-out, carriers must be checked in at Marshalling Yard by 8:00 a.m. on Monday, October 21. Click here for more information on move-out process and tips.

Getting Perishable Product to Your Booth

GES will send primary and secondary booth contacts an email once your perishable product shipment arrives in the marshalling yard. If you want to add someone to that notification, please email GES immediately.

  • Use the color-coded daily delivery labels to have product delivered to your booth daily 
  • Thursday deliveries will begin at 8:00 a.m.
  • Friday/Saturday deliveries will begin at 6:00 a.m. each morning

Exhibitor Schedule

The clean floor policy goes into effect at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 16. 

  • Booths 400 sq. ft. or larger must be finished with major exhibit construction with empties tagged by 7:00 p.m. Product merchandising and minor booth construction may continue Thursday.
  • Booths under 400 sq. ft. can set up anytime after your target move-in time during any of the published hours Monday, October 14 through 5:00 p.m. Thursday, October 17.

All booths must be show ready by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 17.

  • Setting up late? Contact show management immediately so PMA does not re-assign your booth.

Tear down begins at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. Early tear down is NOT permitted.

  • Need to catch a flight? Schedule GES labor to tear down your booth after the show closes.
  • 10'x10' and 10'x20' booths may also qualify for the PMA move out package.
  • Read these Move Out Tips to Save Time and Money.
  • The return of empty crates can take up to 10 hours.  If you decide to wait, relax, recharge and get updates in the Exhibitor Lounge, co-sponsored by GES and PMA.  Open  Saturday from 5:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. in room 207 on level 2.  Snack and beverages available throughout.  Beer and Wine Happy Hour  6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and appetizers available from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Reach Your Target Audience

  • New! Take advantage of the new ways to connect with your buyers before and during the show.   You can now see the Marketplace(s) each buyer indicated they are coming to see or purchase from right on the attendees list. Review the attendee list and make connections in advance or on-site. For log-in assistance, contact Member Services.
  • New! ONLY buyers will have a color on their badge. This will make it easier for you to identify the buyers you are looking for. Check out this page to see what color to look for onsite so you can find yoru buyer and see how buyers will be able to find you more easily too!
  • Increase your media coverage with these tips.  Don't forget to upload up to 5 press releases to the digital press room, which will be promoted to attending media. Log in using the same password you would for your badges and click "manage press releases."
  • Take part in the conversation taking place off the show floor by searching for and using #FreshSummit in all of your posts.

Food and Other Donations 

This year we are partnering with Second Harvest Food Bank and their network of local member food banks to accept food donations. Last year, PMA exhibitors donated over 250,000 pounds of produce to regional food banks. Food bank stickers will be available at the GES Servicenter so you can label product you would like to have donated.

If you have other items you would like to donate instead of incurring the cost to ship them home (such as furniture, signage, etc), please contact Tamiko Tinker with the Anaheim Convention Center in advance to make arrangements for these items.

Rules and Regulations

Exhibitors may not solicit business or intercept attendees for advertising purposes or product sampling outside their rented booth space, in the convention center lobby or outside the convention center. 

Children under 18 years of age are not permitted on the show floor during set-up or dismantling. However, complimentary badges are available for children under 18 years during show hours. The child must be present when badge is issued.

  • Best of Show: In-line Booth (8-10 feet deep and any length) awarded in each of the four marketplaces

  • All exhibitors are automatically entered in the contest
