This is our last planned COVID-19 session for now but one we thought was a very important one. An unprecedented affect of the global pandemic has been the toll it has taken on our mental health. We want to raise awareness and provide a safe space to reflect on this as well as providing direction to the various support networks and services available.
During this 30min webinar session, we will be joined by Catherine Williams who will bravely share her story and journey of mental health to help you understand the benefits of speaking up and getting help. Whilst the impetus is not on participants to share their own stories during this time, a brief Q&A session will be held following the presentation.
Date: Tuesday 26 May
Time: 10am AEST, 12pm NZST
Duration: 30 minutes
