In this full-day interactive workshop, facilitator Fiona Krautil will draw from best practice, client research and extensive Diversity & Inclusion (D & I) strategy and education experience to share her D & I Strategy Maturity Impact Model©. Providing members with a practical and clear road-map to develop a robust approach that will enable you to achieve real “cut through” building diversity, inclusion and business capability and confidence in your organisation to increase staff engagement, productivity, innovation and profit for the long term.
