Dissecting The FSMA PC Rules

On September 10, 2015, the FDA published all 450 pages of the FDA Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) Preventive Controls for Human Food (PCHF) and Preventive Controls for Animal Food (PCAF) rules in the Federal Register.
