Attendees are responsible for booking their own accommodations.  Special rates for the conference are available at the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass. Book before April 5, 2024 to receive the special conference rate of $289/night.

The hotel block at the Sheraton Grand Wild Horse Pass has some dates that are sold out.  We have added rooms at an additional hotel that is close to the conference hotel and offers a shuttle that makes a constant loop (every 20 minutes) to the mall, golf course, spa and Sheraton Grand hotel. If you are unable to make a room reservation online, we suggest you call the hotel at (602) 225-0100 or make a reservation at the Gila River Resorts & Casino.
