Floral Buyers Sourcing Meetings

This unique opportunity, similar to speed dating, allows floral suppliers to connect face-to-face with retailers, opening the door for more in-depth conversations in the future. 

 Floral suppliers and retailers are carefully matched according to criteria provided in pre-meeting applications. If selected, suppliers will meet for 10 minutes with 5 different buyer companies. Space is limited, and spots will be filled with an ultimate goal of including a diverse mix of suppliers across the floral supply chain.

Supplier companies who are accepted into the program will not be charged for any payments until IFPA notifies applicants of acceptance and until companies confirm participation. Please see the supplier application for more details about this process. 

Supplier Application Deadline: April 22, 2024 

Registration Includes: 

• Five (5) meetings with floral buyers 
• Your company profile and company contact information included in the program booklet and distributed ahead of the event to all participants, including all participating floral buyers 
• Access to contact information for all floral buyers participating in the program 
• Your company contact information provided to all floral buyers participating in the program 
• Access to the Sourcing Meetings program for up to a maximum of two total company representatives (per supplier company) 
• (1) Complimentary registration to the 2024 Floral Conference - Miami
