Marc is a Senior Partner at EY and leads the Customer Strategy and Insight practice. He works with clients in the areas of customer experience, innovation, marketing and sales.

Marc leads one of the flagship pieces of global thought leadership for EY – the Future Consumer Index. This is a program of research that runs across 28 countries three times a year. He will be taking us through some of the latest insights on the outlook of consumers in Australia and New Zealand, as well as some of the key trends that will shape the next few years.
