Food Waste Challenges Throughout the Supply Chain

Food Waste is a challenge that acutely affects the fresh produce and f loral industry across the supply chain. In this week’s virtual town hall PMA Vice President of Supply Chain and Sustainability, Ed Treacy held a panel discussion with Anabella deFreeman of Walmart, Tom McQuillen of Baldor Specialty Foods, Irenke Meekma of Bakker Barendrecht, a Greenyard Company and Alejandra Sanchez of Taylor Farms to address the challenge of food waste and it’s business implications.
