We are so excited to come together in-person in Monterey, and safety is our top priority as we prepare for the show. The exposition floor has been modified to control crowd density for safe, socially distant interactions. See

6-foot separation between all booths
15- to 20-foot-wide aisles throughout the show space
Face masks will be required in all areas of the facility
Based on current guidelines, up to two representatives may staff each booth

8x10 booth space with facility carpet and drape (8-foot-high back wall, 3 feet high on sides)
7-inch x 44-inch company sign
Three All Access Passes, providing access to education, networking events, and the expo before, during, and after show hours
Access to the attendee directory with the ability to message and schedule meetings
Listing in the online exhibitor directory
Automatic entry into the Best of Show Contest
Opportunity to showcase your new product/service as part of the “Fresh Ideas Showcase” (additional cost)
How Booth Assignments Work:
All companies must
submit the application, regardless of whether they applied and/or left credit from 2020. Booth space is limited – if you left a credit from 2020, submit your application by April 8 to receive priority access and select your location in the same order as 2020.
After April 8, all booth locations will be selected in order of the date and time the application was received with payment, regardless of whether credit was left from 2020.
PMA will reach out to you to select your booth location by the end of April.
Payments are due in full at the time you submit your application. Check/wire transfer payments must be received within 14 business days of applying to secure your booth location.
Written notice of cancellation prior to May 21, 2021 will allow you to receive a full refund, minus a $150 processing fee. We understand this is a difficult time to plan, so if your company is still experiencing hardships after May 21, please reach out to discuss all options.
Fresh Ideas Showcase
Buyers are searching for the newest, most innovative products and services — highlight yours in the Fresh Ideas Showcase to draw traffic to your booth and gain online visibility year-round to the industry at large.
For just $575 ($1,150 for non-members), this limited opportunity includes an online product listing, a video demo that will be streamed onsite in a high traffic area, and in-booth signage encouraging attendees to stop and learn more.
